My Well Traveled Stairs

June 27, 2011 //  by Paint It!

Stairs Remember my stairs? Boy, I wish I were as well traveled as they! Today they and I are given a nice write up on Helen Moris’s blog, Design Inspiration. Here are a list of blogs from around the world where they have been featured (blush, blush). Thank you to everyone who has featured them and to everyone who let’s me know when they spot them. Oh, and thanks to Regina Garay for suggesting I write an update post about my stairs!

Oftentimes, I am not even given any credit for them, which totally irks me. If you are going to pull a pic from my blog, at least give me some credit.

Yesterday’s Boston Globe Sunday Magazine also has an article about the rennovation of the condo where these stairs are located. The article shows a photo of the adorable family of four, sitting on my stairs, a photo of the powder room where I painted some birch trees on the walls and a photo of the nursery where I painted that large, orange Willow Tree with the baby’s name hidden in the branches. Unfortunately, the Globe article did not once mention the art work in the article or give me credit. I only knew about the article because my client had given me a heads up that the Globe had come to her house, took a lot of pictures and said how much they loved all the work I did. Would it have killed them to give me a mention?

These stairs are awesome! I think it took me 10+ links to find your site (bouncing through pintrest and various other design sites) and figure out who was responsible for such beauty. Thanks for sharing!
